AAMI Pte Ltd was setup on the coattail of Asean-Acadian Marketing Inc. John Henry Thibodeaux (JT) established Asean-Acadian, a BVI registered company, in November of 1993. JT has over 40 years of experience in the Oilfield Industry and has worked his way from being a Service Engineer to his current position, owner & President of Asean-Acadian Marketing Inc.

In November of 2007, JT felt it was time to extend Asean-Acadian by setting up AAMI Pte Ltd in Singapore to be its representative & agent, and continue with the activity of Asean-Acadian, which is to diligently represent the interests, and establish the presence of our American, Canadian & European Principals/Manufacturers in the Oilfield Industry in the Southeast Asian region.

AAMI's capabilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Sales & Rental of New & Used Drilling & Production Equipment;
• Consultancy Services with an extensive list of qualified personnel in the Exploration, Drilling Production & Engineering Professions;
• Inventory in Drill Pipes, Drill Collars, Heavy Weight Drill Pipe & Rig Handling Equipment and;
• Secure Local Agents for Principals/Manufacturers in target countries.

John Henry Thibodeaux, founder of Asean-Acadian Marketing Inc. & now Consultant to AAMI Pte Ltd, has over 40 years of experience in most aspects of the Oil & Gas Industry throughout the Middle East, United States & Southeast Asia. His positions included Engineer, Representative, Manager, President, Director, Consultant and Owner with major sales supplies & service companies.
